Payment & Delivery (Singapore)


1. Prices stated do not include postage and handling charges. Pending on the weight of the item(s), the postage charge(s) apply. For registered mail (Singapore mailing address only), an additional $2.25 applies. For indicative postage rates, pls refer to SingPost rates below:Picture 5

3. We will email to confirm the item(s) availability, postage charges and provide an e-invoice. Please reply to our email to have the item(s) reserved for you. Please make your payment within 24 hours, after which the item(s) will be put up for sale again.


1. Internet banking/ ATM fund transfer to OCBC Bank Account Number 569023765-001. Account holder name: White Trolley Pte Ltd. This is valid for OCBC (Your account)-OCBC (Trolley’s account) or DBS/POSB/UOB/Other local banks (Your account) – OCBC (Trolley’s account). Do retain your transaction receipt for verification purposes. Please allow 2 working days for transfer of funds. 

2. Cheque payment. All crossed cheques to be made payable to “White Trolley Pte Ltd”. Please allow 2 working days for cheque clearance.

3. Debit card / Credit card via Paypal. An additional charge of 3.4% + SGD$0.50 applies for transaction fee. We will email you a Paypal request for money should you select this mode of payment. To learn more about Paypal, click here.


Once payment is made, please email us with the following information:

  • Trolley e-invoice number
  • Payment mode: Interbank Transfer/ ATM Transfer/ Cheque/ Paypal
  • Total amount paid/ transferred
  • Your Transaction/ Cheque reference no. (if applicable)
  • Your internet banking nickname (if applicable)
  • Date and time of payment (if applicable)
  • Re-confirm your mailing address & contact number


  • For local delivery, upon receiving and verifying your payment, we will send your item(s) within 3 working days, unless otherwise stated.
  • For registered article, we will email you the Registered Article (RA) Tracking Number (e.g. RR123456789SG) when your package/s have been mailed out. All registered package(s) are delivered to your doorstep at the mailing address indicated in your email. If no one is at home, you’ll receive a collection slip to collect it at the indicated SingPost Branch.
  • You may also wish to track your registered article here.
  • Trolley shall not be responsible for lost/ damaged mailed-out items if you had chosen not to opt for registered mail.
  • For damaged/loss of goods, the claims shall be made with SingPost.
  • For fragile items, we strongly advise self-collection at our boutique at 20 Amoy Street
  • For self-collection, please collect from Trolley within 3 working days. 


  • Once an order has been placed and payment made, it can no longer be cancelled and no refunds can be made. Your order will be mailed as scheduled.
  • For extraordinary cases, an order may be cancelled. However, a 20% processing fee will be charged.

    I just need the paper soap for travelling. Can we order thru this blog, made the bank transfer and u mail to us?
